Michael Rutledge

Founder and CEO

Michael is a successful entrepreneur, investor, and thought leader in the technology and finance industries. Throughout his career, he has developed innovative solutions for some of the biggest challenges facing businesses today. His life-long motto which was passed down from his grandfather, "Never put down your hammer." guides his hands-on approach to developing effective solutions and achieving long-term success.

Michael's approach has served him well throughout his career. After starting his journey developing a scoring system to measure the efficacy of the USPS in partnership with IBM, he went on to work for Booz Allen Hamilton, where he created a deployment system for the USMC. Later, he founded AlchemChats, a company that provides streamlined trading solutions for retail investors and subsequently started FlexCharting to expand on bridging the gap between institutional and retail investors.

Michael is the Founder and CEO of Polymathic, a venture capital firm that invests in startups while simultaneously building solutions to common problems.
